Hazel the problem solver.

Hi guys.

Its 11 am and I finally feel relieved.

After struggling for like more than a week trying to solve the full storage account problem. for the whole week I felt so stressful and I even scolded my husband for nothing. Hahaha 😈. Poor him.

So this is what I have encounter when seeking a help to solve the problem:

1. From the support team of the webmail.
Their solution was just to purchase additional storage to the account. Not really that helpful as I am trying not to purchase and expand my account space storage.

2. From the Microsoft technical and support team.
This is were I met Hazel. She was so kind and patient. She listens to my problem and quickly react to it. Like a guardian angel, she lift all my burden from my heart. I felt like I wanna cry and hug her back than. Hahaha. Thank you Hazel. You are my savior 🙌.

She advice me to instead of using open/export in outlook, try using archive. And like a charm, it worked! 🎉🎉🎉
So that after you have archive all the items, you can delete it from your webmail account. You can still access the archived items on your outlook. Finally your webmail account will be empty and ready to receive emails. ///

Email account space storage is full.

Hi all.

As the title above....I need help..

First of all I am not from the computer science or information technology education background so I guess that is why I am suck at this. And please don't point out my stupidity cause I know and acknowledge it.



My work email account space storage is full and because of this I cannot receive or send any email to anyone. I cannot simply delete all the old emails as they are all important and still have some information for the company. That is why I need to find a way to back up my emails to somewhere else and make sure that my work email account space is cleared.

I have been trying to solve this for about 3 days now and today is the day that I can finally say that I am stuck in this problem. (crying out loud...inside..)

Yes I have tried several methods but the old emails are still there sitting prettily and unwelcome in my work email account.

I have contacted the web mail support team and hopefully they can help me with this. HOPEFULLY.
